When you submit the booking form on this website we collect your name and email address. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.
Why we collect your data
We collect your name and email address solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a consultation call if you wish to proceed. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with any third parties for their own purposes.
Our legal basis for processing your data under the GDPR is legitimate interests, specifically our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us directly by individuals who have chosen to make contact.How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for a maximum of 12 months from your last communication with us. If you become a client, your data is retained for the duration of our working relationship and for 6 years thereafter in line with Irish tax and business record keeping requirements. After these periods your data is securely deleted.
